Cabinets with loaded doors ALFORT - technical description

• The enclosure is equipped with an efficient ventilation system that meets the requirements of DIN 4547 by a considerable margin. The ventilation openings have a safe cross-section and are located in the horizontal panels of the body and the rear wall of the cabinet. Follow the manufacturer's installation instructions to ensure proper ventilation function.

Optional equipment:

The cabinet can be supplied in a wet environment version at an additional cost. In this case, a galvanized steel sheet is used for the metal parts, which are then painted with an exterior paint.

Metal doors

The door leaves are made from sheet steel and come as standard in a durable double-plated design. The doors are mounted on furniture hinges with a damped closing function. A solid door angle limiter is supplied as standard. The door is fitted with an aluminum handle for ease of handling.

The door is finished with durable powder-coated paint.

Laminated doors

The door leaves are made of laminated chipboard. The edges are finished with an ABS edge. The doors are mounted on furniture hinges with a damped closing function. A solid door angle limiter is supplied as standard. For more convenient handling, the door is equipped with an aluminum handle.

HPL door

The door leaf is made of a compact board with HPL surface. The doors are mounted on furniture hinges with a damped closing function. A solid door angle limiter is supplied as standard. For more convenient handling, the door is equipped with an aluminum handle.

Locking systems

● Cylindrical lock C1, 4000 combinations, a master key option.

● Turning security padlock cap OB1 is intended for a padlock of stirrup diameter 6 - 8 mm.

The locking system consists of a bolt with a safety hook which increases the resistance of the doors against violent breaking.

Surface finishing
