Construction:

• Simplified base compared to the PROFI series, providing an affordable solution without compromising quality.
• Sturdy welded steel bodies for long-term use.
• Pre-drilled holes in the base and back wall for secure mounting to floors or walls.

Drawers:

• Smooth telescopic guides with 100% extension and a 40kg load capacity.
• Aluminum handles with slots for easy labeling.
• Internal dimensions: 24E x 27E (1E = 17 mm).
• Usable drawer surface: 408 x 459 (449) mm.
• Drawer bottoms and frames perforated in a 1E grid for metal divider placement 
• Optional internal organization with plastic containers or foam inserts based on customer requirements.

Optional Design:

• Surface finish available in ESD (anti-static), calculated individually based on the selected product and production batch.

Application:

• Universally compatible with workbenches for seamless integration into your workspace.

• Customizable Storage: Equipped with rails for installing drawers in 1U increments or shelves in 25 mm increments, allowing you to adapt to your evolving storage needs easily.
• Practical Design: Features include base holes for chassis mounting or floor anchoring and top openings for attaching a work surface or storage area with a rubber insert.

Standard Program 

In the standard program section, we offer numerous pre-configured variants of basic PROFI cabinet products for each size series. Prices for all drawer configurations (available in three load capacities with 80% or 100% extensions) are provided. Cabinets can also be further equipped with accessories from our custom program.

Drawer Slides

The drawers are mounted on robust Fulterer slides, offering smooth and silent operation. They are available in three versions:

• 80% Extension: Supports up to 90 kg
• 100% Extension: Supports up to 65 kg
• 100% Extension: Supports up to 180 kg

ESD Design

For an additional fee, calculated individually based on the selected product and production batch size, an ESD version can be configured.
