Sales Representatives and Service Staff Training

The training participants familiarized themselves in detail with the structural details of our patented modular system, which is successfully used for a wide range of products of the AlfaBOX series. 

We described in detail the exterior equipment including a reliable anchoring system with the possibility of easy height levelling in the range of up to 60 mm. We presented the possibilities of customizing the casing design, as well as the variants of exterior and interior lighting available.

A considerable advantage of our design is the use of a patented system of double-plated doors that significantly increases the resistance against attempts to forcefully break into the delivery locker. 

The robustness of our system was independently verified by the security personnel of our most important parcel delivery station customer that has already purchased 1,600 sets of parcel delivery lockers with more than 160,000 delivery lockers from us. 

The test showed that our system had all-round better parameters compared to competing systems using single-plated reinforced doors.

In the outdoor demonstration area, we also installed a locker unit designed for charging e-bike batteries. We purposefully used the AlfaBOX structural system with all its advantages. Thus we obtained a reliable and durable solution that can be easily installed near cycling routes and destinations of your trips.

Each charging locker is equipped with 230V sockets. We can supply sockets in E or F design. In the case of special applications, we can also equip lockers with USB sockets in A or C design. The locker interior is reliably naturally ventilated, which effectively prevents overheating of the charged battery.

A colleague was interested in the locker units of an e-bike battery charging station, which was just then being prepared for shipment to our German business partner.

We described the principles of communication, standard and supplementary equipment of the AlfaBOX parcel delivery stations in terminal and island versions using clear functional diagrams.

The terminal version is powered by a 230V network communicating via LAN or mobile connection. 

The island version is equipped with low-power electronics and is powered by a battery charged with a solar panel.

At the end of the training programme, we went through the entire manufacturing process. We paid special attention to the workstation, where the final inspection takes place and the functionality of electronics and software is tested. We make sure that all the products delivered to the customer are ready for easy assembly and commissioning.
